Chili Mac

Have you ever got to the end of the week and thought “I don’t feel like cooking tonight” I get to feeling that way often. Well I had not been grocery shopping yet and I was a bit hungry and I remembered seeing in a Kraft Food Magazine a recipe for chili mac. I couldn’t remember what all was in it so I searched online.

The online recipe I didn’t have everything it called for it wanted onions and cheese which I didnt have but I had actual boxed mac and cheese so that’s what I used.

2 boxes Kraft Mac and Cheese.
1 can of Kidney beans
1 pound of ground chuck
Chili powder to taste
Onion powder to taste
16 oz Tomato sauce

This is very easy to make and very cheap to make.

I cooked my ground chuck drained what grease was there then I added chili powder and onion powder. After mixing good I added the beans and the tomato sauce. I cooked my macaroni in the microwave I find its easier to take a bowl and nook it for about 10 minutes. Then I mixed the pasta and cheese sauce in the meat and bean mixture on the stove. My husband snarled his nose to it until I told him it is an actual recipe. After we tried it we was in heaven. It is very good.

I am gonna see about making it mexican style next.
