Yes I Can

Well I am going to bring all my readers along with me on my weight loss journey. My daughters schooling is done for the summer. We have reading to work on still but she is starting to enjoy reading and our 30 minutes a day is turning into an hour or more. But that is another post. Let’s get back to me and my struggle to lose weight.

I went and bought some Acai Berry pills today I am going to take these and see what can happen. My husband took them for a few weeks and lost over 20 pounds let’s see if they work the same way with me. My husband and I will be taking them together so I myself have about a 15 day supply. If this does not work I will be going to the doctor and seeing about getting put on a RX weight lose pill.

So here is what I have been doing with my weight lose struggle I have gone from sitting on my ass all day to getting up and moving my body. I have been doing some workouts that I have recorded on to tivo from fittv. I can not do a lot at once. About 10 to 20 minutes at a time. My knees start hurting and I have to stop. I have been using my kitchen to walk back and forth. It’s not much but it is a start. I have been doing some jumping jacks and I have been doing crunches. Like I said this is not a lot I have been aiming for an hour a day but it is all broke up.

I have also slowed down on how much I eat. I eat smaller amounts and my body is wanting more. Or is it my brain wanting more. Chances are it is my brain wanting more because I know I have enough fat on me to keep me a live with no food for probably longer then a month.

I stepped on the scales today and it is showing a 4 pound difference from a few days ago. Could this even be right? Could I have really lost 4 pounds in only a few days? I think the scales is messing with my head. I moved it around some and stepped on it several times and it is still showing the 4 pound lose. Maybe I am off to a good start. But anyways as much as I hate this I am off to start my broke up hour exercises. I hate working out but I know once my body gets to the proper weight exercising won’t be such a chore for me. I need to lose around about 150 I would be very happy to lose 100. But wish me luck I am off to burn some calories.

    wtg you can do it! its hard but it can be done start small tho dont really worry about the scale at first but wtg on 4 lbs!!

    Keep going!! Good for you! 4 lbs is totally possible when you go from sedentary to working out! I have been doing the same thing and in the last 4 weeks have lost 13 lbs- that is such a motivator! Good for you!!!
