I have the best sister ever. She knows I have been trying to lose weight. And she has seen first hand how hot it gets in SW Tennessee.
Well I have been walking 30min to an hour a day and I will be soaked in sweat but its good for me. Well she left me a message on facebook saying she was gonna try to get me a Wii to help me indoors so I don’t need to go out in the heat when its over whelming. I didn’t expect her to actually get me a wii though.
Well last night she told me she might have one for me I couldn’t believe it. I got all excited and I couldn’t sleep. I was telling my husband about it and he even got excited. We both struggle with are weight and we both have since we was kids. So this will help us out a lot. Now to get the wii fit and or the wii active sports. Anyone out there want me to do a PR on them let me know :) If you go to my Weight Loss Journal you will see I am dead serious about losing this weight and I am dead serious about doing what I have to do to get it off (no surgery)
Over at my journal you will see my daily exercising as well as my daily eating. And if you are lucky I might just decide to blog about something interesting :)
