Thanks Jen

I started this blog back in February so that I could share my excitement on my contest wins. I never really new what I was doing when it came to entering sweepstakes and such. I had no clue where to even start.

Then I met Jen doing a temp WAHJ. We hit it off pretty well. I do not know if it was because we was both pretty pissed at how the job turned out or what. But after the job came to an end we stayed in contact via yahoo.

We talked about a bit of everything from, family issues, to our children, to entering sweepstakes. I told her I wanted to do that, but I was not sure where to start. She gave me her hand and walked me through it all. From getting Robo Form to the sites that have the best contests.

I was a bit iffy on the whole thing. Me win? Yea right I do not win nothing. So off to entering sweepstakes I went. I was entering hundreds a night. I had them all organized in bookmarks with the day they expire. Had them in there own folders to if they was a daily, weekly, or monthly. I kept telling Jen I do not think I am going to win. She kept giving me reassurance, telling me I will win just watch.

She would tell me to enter the blog ones. But those was to confusing to me. It was so much less complicated to hit the robo form button and fill in all the information. Then it was to read the blogs then enter.

Well it happened March 10th I had won my first giveaway. And guess what? It was from a blog entry. I was so excited. I called everyone I could think of who would care LOL. I have won everything for my daughters birthday presents. And entering contests has just become a part of my daily routine. Now instead of wasting hours and hours entering those other sweepstakes. I focus on entering the blog ones.

I have also realized I love blogging, I love hosting giveaways, I love sharing my opinions, and I love sharing yummy recipes I try.

So I write this blog to say Thank You Jen. Thank you for being my friend online and showing me the ropes. Thank you for being there to listen to me when I needed a friend, and thank you for all the great advice you have given me. And the many of late nights talking. :)

Jen has also started a place for us Moms to hangout and she has invited me to come along with her to share her new journey. So Jen if you are reading this Thanks for being a good friend.
