Today marks year one since I quit smoking. Even though it also brought about 30 unwanted pounds I feel better.
I use to get the urges to smoke. Now I am grateful that I no longer smoke and my husbands smoke irritates me.
I wish I could say I took a miracle drug, but I didn’t I quit cold turkey and I have no plans to start again. I just wanted to share my milestone.
