Time to think about remodeling

With tax season so close it is time to start remodeling and looking around for shopping deals. I do not know about you all. But big projects around here wait until tax time then we can use our taxes to get things done. Not only is this convenient for us, but it also leaves us out of debt.

With only having one child and my husband being the only worker our taxes are not a HUGE amount. They are a nice amount it gets us started on some of the projects that we have planned, but with the economy the way it is, I like to compare shopping prices to make sure I am getting the best deal I can possibly get.

One of our biggest projects we have to do is our kitchen. I am dreading it so bad, I have no counter space or cupboard space. I can see my dream kitchen in my head, but I know it will cost a ton. So to help reduce the cost I have started to search for the best deals on the major appliances like the stove and refrigerator. Once I find the best prices then we will figure out what we have to spend and where we might have a bit extra.

I can not wait to be able to go into my new kitchen.
