Inside Things to Do with Your Kids

It has been extremely hot lately, therefor we have been having to stay inside. Which means either a lot more electronic time or a lot more hearing I am bored. Gillian is big on playing outside. She would trade in 2 hours of TV to be outside any day.

However, with this deadly heat we have been having it is almost impossible for her to go outside and play. I even had to show her on the weather them saying not to going outside if you do not need to.

With that being said, there is a ton of activities that can be done inside and will give the kids hours of fun. Perhaps you could make play dough, this not only is educational it will bring hours of fun. Let your children explore their imaginations and make neat little people. Rather not make play dough? How about coloring, all children love to color.

Want them to have more movement, put on some music and dance with your kiddos. Dancing is lots of fun and your kids will be getting a good workout in the process.

What? You are not feeling very energetic today? Not a problem kids loving sitting down and playing board games. With a bit of imagination on the parents part you can provide your child with hours of fun away from all the electronics.
