Recently Promos Online contacted me to see if I was interested in helping them to promote Oktoberfest. In addition, to helping, them promote Oktoberfest, I was given a set of 10 assorted plastic beer mugs, I also get to give a set of 10 assorted plastic beer mugs away to one lucky winner.
Some History of Oktoberfest:
For nearly 200 years, people have gone to Germany from all parts of the world, to participate in the world’s largest annual festive event.
Oktoberfest facts:
- Oktoberfest visitors consumed over 5.5 million liters of beer, almost 165,000 liters of non-alcoholic beer, and roughly 45,000 liters of wine, in 1997.
- The hall in Munich where Oktoberfest takes place seats 94,000 people.
- The beer, brewed for Oktoberfest contains 4.5 percent alcohol.
- The largest authentic Oktoberfest in the US draws in about 500,000 people, which is held in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Pretty neat facts there, I would have never guessed that many people attend Oktoberfest in Germany.
My Thoughts:
We are not beer drinkers, but these little mugs are perfect for the kids. My daughter said they are perfect for holding her tea. These are not only great for Oktoberfest, but these would also be great for promoting your company at other events as well.
