I have struggled with my weight every since I was a child. Now that I am getting older it is really time, that I start working on losing all this unwanted weight. Problem is whenever I get going good, I always go in a stand still, and stop losing weight. This discourages me and gets me depressed, then I give up, and gain a bunch of weight I had done lost back.

After spending several days reading this book, as well as going over the work outs. I do see how you would, change your body. In the book she states this is a workout everyone can do. However, I do not agree with her. Some things yes I can do other things I can not. I have bad knees, and I am unable to bend the one that much with out being in pain. Also, the diet she has you on, would not fit in my budget as of right now. However, I want to do the 30 Day method in full, but first I have to get rid of some weight so I am physically capable of doing it. I loved how the book not only showed you in detail the work outs, but I also loved that it comes with a DVD of the workouts. I also love how there is some healthy recipes in the book.
