hCG Diet Check In

One thing that stinks about this diet, is you are eating the same things over and over again, and no matter how much you switch things up, there is only so much apples, cucumbers, and chicken one can eat. I am hanging in there though, my husband however CHEATED!!! He ended up having 2 tv dinners, bread, and cereal. So since he wants to cheat he can go with the over the counter drops.

I will finish the shots off on my own, I was not seeing no results in about 4 days, I am seeing results in the clothes, BUT not on the scales, this can become a bit discouraging when you are doing what you are suppose to be doing and still nothing, I was told to up the dose and sure enough the results started showing again. My total lost thus far is 14 pounds, the scale would drop 2 pounds then go up 2 pounds, I have really been on a seesaw here, but I am not giving up just yet.

I am thinking about adding a few more things to my diet to see if that works, I also have to keep in mind I have been working out so I am building muscle which would explain the bouncing in the weight. When doing the hCG it is recommended you DO NOT work out.
