Getting Rid of That Annoying Belly Fat

I have been trying for years to get rid of this annoying belly fat. Mine just isn’t a little though it is a lot, so trying to find the right exercises for belly fat, it tough. I have tried a little of everything and while some exercises I have found to work  other exercises just will not cut it for me.

I could sit here and blame the belly fat on being a momma, but let’s face it that was 10 years ago. Don’t think that excuse will work any longer. I am just plain lazy, and I can admit it. I get in the mood to lose weight, I get up I start working out daily. Then I get burnt out, the scale don’t want to budge, so I say forget it. I go back to my old ways.

I know losing weight, and all that will take time. I mean it is not like it got on me over night, so I really cannot expect it to get off me over night. My husband tries to help guide me by pushing me, however, I think he pushes to much!

They say some of the best work outs for getting rid of the belly fat is crunches. I have people that swear crunches are the way to go. With my current state though crunches are a bit much for me. One day, I will have those perfect abs, I will have the body I have longed for. They need to come out with a how to get 6 pack for dummies book.

  1. I know how you feel and I don’t even have any kids to use as an excuse…it’s just how I am built! I have heard cutting out fake sugar helps some!
