Hormone Replacement Therapy To Help With Weight Loss

I have always been one of those people that struggle to lose weight. When I was sixteen my mom had me put on one of those “lose weight quick” pills. I took it for 3 months, then it was recalled. After taking the pill, I was able to lose several pounds, however, that was only a short fix. I kept the weight off for about 4 years, continued to lose weight during that time. Then I got pregnant, quit working, became a full time stay at home mom, and a couch potato.

Shortly after my daughter was born, the scales kept going up. I tried to stop it, but whenever I would see the number go up, I would fall into depression, say to hell with it and grab something to eat.

My weight issues started shortly after my brother died, he has been gone now for 23 years, I think it’s about time I really focus on this issue I have. Once I start I get going good, I am down almost 40 pounds since the beginning of the year, again though I get depressed when I see a small up in the scale and say forget it.

I have been thinking about trying a new approach at tackling this issue though, I am considering hormone replacement therapy. Maybe, I need help on a larger scale, the Chattanooga hormone replacement therapy, would not only help me regain my energy, it will also help me reach my weight loss goals.

I am the type of person to try just about anything once when it comes to my weight, and I am not getting any younger. The older I get the harder it is for me to lose this weight. I don’t want to be fat no more, I am tired of the way it makes me feel, and the way I look.

Have any of you tried or considered hormone replacement therapy to help with weight loss?
