Dresses For Plus Size Women

I do not remember the last time I wore a dress! I didn’t even wear a dress when I got married. When I was younger, and I wore dresses, I got made fun of often. So I have never had the courage as an adult to put a dress back on. I know I shouldn’t let things from the past bug me still after all this time, but that’s what happens when you have low self esteem.

One of these days, I will build up the courage to put on a dress, and doll myself up! I do have to admit they have several pretty plus size formal dresses, and I know my husband would love for me to wear dresses for him. It is just building up that courage. I am one of those plus size women who like to try and hide herself under baggy clothes, only making myself look so much bigger.

Maybe, I should go out and purchase a few dresses, and slowly build back up that confidence! I mean, it wouldn’t hurt to have a few classy dresses hanging up for those special nights out with my husband.

Are you plus size, and have the same issues as I do? How do you go about building up your confidence in wearing dresses? I would love to find out ways, I to can get past my fears in wearing a dress.
