Water Babies

My daughter is a water baby, if she could live in the water she would. I remember when she was younger she would put her swimsuit on and swim in the bathtub. Living in TN most her life made going to the beach a bit impossible. There is way to many snakes in the water for my taste.

I had thought about finding some indoor water parks, but money always seemed to be an issue. Either you have money and no time, or have a lot of time and no money. We never seem to have both.

Now that we are back in Michigan I am finding several activities for kids that don’t cost a penny! Thanks to my sister and her family, my daughter has taken up the joy of collecting rocks. I am finding rocks everywhere! Tennessee didn’t have many pretty rocks, or maybe it was just to hot, to where we were unable to go outside much. Being back home we are outside a lot more.

Not only is my daughter getting more exercise, but so is momma. My legs have never hurt so bad in my life. I am walking all over the place and I actually love it! Tennessee the weather is so hot and humid you find yourself locked up in the house under the a/c. Here in Michigan even if it is hot the wind gives a nice breeze.
