The Key To Weight Loss

If you are a follower of The Neat Things in Life, then you know I have been trying for awhile now to lose some weight. I will lose then I will gain, lose gain, it is a back and forth. Well, I am tired of this back and forth. It is time, I hit this once again head on. I want to feel sexy in my own body. I know my husband sees me as his hot sexy wife, but I don’t see it.

I want the confidence back in my life. I want to walk in a store and when people look, they are looking to say “damn, she looks good”.

So 9 days ago my sister and I decided we were going to lose some weight. My sister doesn’t have a lot to lose, she does look good and she knows it… I on the other hand have about 150 pounds to drop. I know it will take time but I am determined.

So far, I have lost… are you ready for this… 12 pounds in just those 9 days! I am in shock… I am taking a little something to help. It is a product I reviewed on my blog awhile back called slimple. My sister and I both are taking this, a long with some vitamins.

What am I doing different from all the other times I tried to lose weight? DRINKING A LOT OF WATER.

Let me say this, when I was trying before to lose weight, I would count the calories, I would eat small meals, and I would drink maybe a glass of water a day on top of a bunch of diet soda. This past week I have drank almost nothing but water, I have had a soda here and there, but I am drinking probably a gallon of water a day. My pee looks like water!

I will admit when I first started drinking water I felt as though I was going to barf, now my body craves it. When I am shopping and I would normally grab a soda on the way out, I grab a water. I can drink water as though it is going out of style, and this is what is helping me drop the pounds!

Water is the key to weightloss.
