Smell Of Spring

I love the smell of spring! For the past week I have sat in the living room with my door open taking in the smells of the great outdoors. Most days all I can smell is the roses next door, they smell so yummy. I also love the smell of fresh cut grass, and the smell of rain. Living in the country you get to experience more lovely smells, then living in the city. In the city the smells are not so nice.

I had always been a city girl until my husband and I got together, then I quickly become a country girl. With my anxiety the country is the best place for me, I don’t have to worry about being watched… the only one watching me is my mother in law, and well yea that is a different story.

How many of you love the smell of Spring?

For the next few days we will be having our spring like temperatures thank goodness. Sometimes it gets too hot especially when you are trying to do things. I am usually left waiting until the evening to do any cleaning because it gets too hot. Did I also mention I love the smell of BBQ’s! In the South it is too hot to cook inside so we do a lot of cooking on the grill. Yummy!

My husband can make some killer BBQ.
