For the past few weeks, I have slipped off the water bandwagon, I guess it had to do with the move. I have consumed little water in the past two weeks, and my body can feel it. So today, I have decided the only thing I will be drinking is WATER. The scale has come to a stand still, atleast I have gained not one pound since leaving my sister’s house so that is a good thing right?
I need to get more focused though and start including some workouts in my days… sometimes it is hard to do anything with my knees. The pain is sometimes unbearable. The medicine I take for me knees help some, but it causes me to have bad stomach cramps, I am hoping they will go away soon. With this being my first month on them, it may take a little bit for my body to get the clue on me needing these meds.
Before I was put on them, I had a hard time walking up the stairs. (I miss the stairs at my sister’s, I walked them several times a day!) Now that I am on my proper meds I have no issues what so ever. I am going to start lifting weights, and doing some sit ups. This way I can build muscle and that will help me burn the fat faster. I cannot wait to get back to my weight before I got pregnant, then I will only have about 40 more pounds to drop before I am at the weight I want to be at.
