It’s Been One Of Those Days #paypal

I usually have no issues with paypal what so ever. I have had my account on paypal and eBay for 8 to 10 years. During this time I have had a few burps but not with paypal directly, but with their employees. You may recall from an earlier post, that I sold some things on eBay, only to be nailed with the news unless I ship fast and with tracking funds won’t be released for 21 days… First, let me say in away that is good for the buyer… However, if I would have known I wouldn’t have turned to eBay, this ended up costing me $15 dollars more then I intended.

Whatever, fast forward to now… I sent all priority, all was received on the 23rd… However, these fools don’t want to leave feedback, although I emailed them and stated “please leave feedback so paypal will release the funds to me” Only one person left feedback, and wouldn’t you know, it is the one that paypal employee didn’t want to release to me…

I contacted paypal Friday, to ask when funds would be released, and informed them of what I thought of this whole 21 day thing. I think it has to do with me not having a credit card on file.

I received a response back stating they see where everyone got product on the 23rd and funds would be released Saturday, if funds were not released to contact them and they would release funds to me. I was going to wait, however, car insurance was due like 2 weeks ago, and well I some what want to keep my insurance on the car.

So I call them and spoke with some guy, he looked into the account… mind you while he was on the phone with me, I could hear people laughing in the background, as well as hear him say cool to someone… guess he forgot to mute his mic. After looking into the account he comes back with, I see these two were received on the 23rd, however, I am having problems with this other one… it shows it was supposed to goto Huber Heights, instead it went to Dayton…

I informed him that the person left feedback on my eBay stating fast shipping… his response we don’t have access to that information… then why hold my damn money…

So, he informs me he has to send this to a supervisor and get their okay before they can release MY money to me… I was getting pretty pissed at this point, and a pissed off Native American is never a good site… so… I let it all out… I started demanding a supervisor, he stated that wasn’t going to happen. So now not only is he saying he won’t release those funds, he is not refusing to put a supervisor on the phone. I let him know how I really feel, then I hang up and come and look at this damn tracking thing he is talking about…

Want to look with me?

idiot that works for paypal. Do you see what I see? If not look at the zip codes… THEY ARE THE SAME… therefor it went to where it was supposed to go. Now, I have no idea the different suburbs of Dayton, but I am beating one of them is Huber Heights, if that moron would have looked at the damn zip code, I wouldn’t have had to call back a second time…

Yup, I called back again. Hey, I have bills that needed paid, and I am not going to get my car insurance canceled because paypal has hired idiots.

I call back I explain to the lady what was going on, I stated to her she can look at the zip code and see it went to the proper place. She looked into my account, and then she released MY funds to me… She apologized for the trouble I had to go through to get my funds released to me…

Now I have nothing against paypal, only the idiots they hire.

I will get off my soapbox now.
