Big Changes = Huge Results

I know I said I wasn’t going to step on the scale for at least a week… However, I had to see if everything I was doing as working. In about 48 hours I am done 1.4 pounds. I am logging everything I eat, and I am drinking a lot of water. I am keeping my calorie count between 1300 and 1500.

I did all those awesome measurements to see how many calories I need to stay the same weight, and it was 2485. If I can remove 1000 calories daily from my diet, I can lose about 2 pounds a week.

I know the first few weeks, with the changes I am making I will lose a lot more than I am going to lose once my body catches on to my weight loss tricks. I have been lifting a lot of weights, and walking. In the next few days I will be hitting up the Wii. Yea, I should have been doing this a long time ago.

I am going to slowly work up to running, I would love to do a 5k and have no problems. Then I can hike to the fort at Fort Pillow, instead of my husband being the one to run ahead. I will be able to keep up. I am excited for the changes I am going to be seeing soon. As soon as I have lost a good amount of weight, I will start with some before and after pictures. Of course, I took some I need a reminder to never get this big again once I get it all off.

Follow me as I lose the flabs and find my abs.
