As I was sitting here going through my sticky notes, I realized I have lost 10 pounds since March 19th, 2012. While I know I should have lost more I would say that is pretty good since during that time my family was going through a lot, and we are just now starting to get back in to a normal routine.
If you haven’t noticed, I have a tracker in the sidebar now, and I will update it weekly. I am also taking pictures, and I will be releasing them when I have reached my goal… my whole purposes of blogging my progress, is to help encourage others who are in the same boat as I am.
With fighting the fat most my life, I know how hard it can be to get motivated to drop the pounds. I know how discouraging it can be when the scale shows an increase. It makes one want to give give up, say to hell with it and go back to the old ways. However, we have to keep fighting, if we really want this we won’t give up.
I don’t know about you but I am not a quitter, I didn’t get fat over night, and I know I will not get skinny overnight either.
I am determined to meet my goal by June 2013. Who is with me on this? We can fight the fat and win!
