Body, Water, and Muscle Weight

Did you know your body should be made up of over 50% water? Not long ago I did a measurement on all three areas, I was having a hard time trying to figure out why my water weight was so little. It wasn’t until the other day when it hit me like a ton of bricks. Our weight is based on several factors…

Muscle weight, Bone weight, Body Fat weight and Muscle weight. Well I was forgetting to take all these into factor, and well your weight only goes to 100%, so when you add all those percents up you get 100% so until I lose more fat weight, and gain more muscle weight, my water weight will NOT get to the point where it needs to be.

I was honestly, thinking my scale was broke. I am glad it was only my brain having a freeze.

I have to say this eating healthier is helping in a lot of aspects. I feel so much better, and all my family is maintaining if not losing weight. Who would have known by getting rid of the junk food, and supplying your body with healthy foods, you would feel better.

Water is the key.

    We drink water with majority of our meals. A soft drink is a special treat for us. I think that helps to lose weight and make you just feel better overall!
