RoboForm distribution file is an *.EXE file and some buggy versions of Quick Time and possibly other add-ons intercept downloading of *.EXE files but cannot perform it. A quick fix is to right-click the “Direct Download” link on http://www.roboform.com, select “Save Target As…”, specify a folder to which RoboForm installer file should be saved, complete downloading and then click “Open” on the dialog that comes up.
