T-fal’s Healthy Summer Challenge Tip #3

Weight loss T-fal

Tip #3 for T-fal’s Healthy Summer Challenge, eat more whole grain!

One time in my life I was stuck on white bread and what I would call normal pasta. Little did I know my normal pasta was more processed and the pasta that was normal was the whole grain.

In my family not only will we be drinking more water, eating healthier snacks, working out more, but we will also be eating more whole grains! We have cleared the kitchen of any “normal” pastas, no more white bread, or white rice. We will be eating our whole grains and loving it.

I have noticed a big difference in my over all health since starting the Summer Challenge! I hope to continue doing what I am doing and in the end coming out a healthy weight doing it the proper way. Not only am I helping myself by doing this I am also helping my daughter.

How many of you are changing small things in your life to make a big difference in the end? Have you started drinking that water yet? Remember water is supposed to be half of your body weight. It is amazing how those small changes we make can play a big role on our bodies. I remember when all I drank was soda, now I can proudly say my fluid intake is almost 100% water.

I wrote this blog post while participating in the T-Fal Healthy Summer Challenge blogging program for a chance to win a T-fal ActiFry or additional cookware.
