The Digest Diet Day 1

Today is day one of the Digest Diet, I wanted to try something that also taught me instead of a quick weight loss only to gain it all back. During the next 21 days, I will be learning how to pair the foods I love with fat releasers! I am extremely excited to be going on this journey, and I know in time I will be hitting my goal weight!

The heat has been making it a bit hard to get those workouts in, so I have been going to the swimming pool and just being silly. More movement is better than no movement right?

I have to say so far I actually like this diet, I just had me 2 cups of mexican soup which was rather good. For dinner I will have me a strawberry shake, this morning I had a banana shake. I have to say the ricotta cheese was YUCK. However, I made due, I don’t feel hungry like some state they do, however, I have been drinking a lot of water, and my stomach was already used to eating smaller amounts.

I do want to sneak some things, but I am not. I want to see how this pans out by doing it close to the book as possible. I will be sticking to a lot of the same meals though in order to cut some cost on food, which in the book states it is fine. I will be dating notes, and at the end of the 21 days, I will be jumping for joy!
