Over the past few months I have watched what I put in my mouth and I have been drinking a lot of water! Water has become my best friend, and most of our meals are lean meat and lots of veggies. I like purchasing the big bag of vegetables from the store, then we will mix them in with some chicken or beef.
I have to say in the last few months my body has made a complete change, from the way I sleep to the way I go to the bathroom. Since I have went full force with taking charge of my weight I am down 33.8 pounds since February. That sure is a lot of weight, I still have 95.2 pounds to go until I reach my first goal weight; however, with winter coming up soon I know I will be able to get this weight loss into full swing.
This Summer heat has been a killer for the weight loss, it seems all we want to do is sit in front of the A/C.
We have found ourselves in the pool, and with it being a smaller pool it can be a pain to try and workout.
I hope over the next few weeks, I can teach you about some of the things I have learned and some of the things I am doing to help my family live a healthier life.
