The City Life

I grew up in a small city, since getting with my husband we have always lived in the country. I have been to the city a handful of times, and to this day I don’t see how people can stand to live in the city. We were only there for a short period, and I came home with a major migraine.

The traffic, the people, the fast pace of life. My stomach nor I can handle it much. As soon as we get into Memphis I ALWAYS have to go to the bathroom. It never seems to fail as soon as we got to Staples my stomach was in knots and I had to find the restrooms fast. One thing about the city bathrooms is there always so gross.

I was surprised when I walked in and they were actually cleaned, that usually never happens. I think that is what makes me hate the city so much, just knowing I am gonna have to go to the bathroom and walking into filth. Certain things in life traumatize a person. When I was pregnant with our daughter we went to Flint and I had to go real bad, walked in the bathroom to crap smeared all over the toilet and walls. I held it until we got back home.

How do those living in the city handle the fast pace of things? It makes my head spin!
