Tied to Be Fit Kicks Off in January!

Every year I make the resolution to lose weight, and every year I lose a great deal. Towards the end of the year I have so much going on, I tend to lose focus of everything and I end up gaining a small amount back. With those small gains, also come great loses and the drive to keep me going at it. I have found by surrounding myself with things that make me happy keep me motivated.

In my weight loss journey I discovered so much. I have learned proper portion control, I have learned to prepare meals for my family on the healthier end of things, I have also learned I am not perfect and I tend to let stress knock me off track.

I need to learn not to allow those small things in life that may not be avoided bring me down. I need to learn to let life happen and just go with the flow of everything.

With that being said… I will be kicking off Tied to Be Fit in January! If you have a product that will be a great fit for this event please get in contact with me so we can discuss details!
