All Natural Vs. Filler Products

There once was a time I would walk into the grocery store and check prices on different products. It always seems the all natural and organic products were so much more. I would walk away and purchase the cheaper products. It wasn’t until my husband and I decided to eat cleaner and healthier did we see the real difference.

If you have ever walked by some all natural ground beef to purchase the cheaper stuff, I challenge you to do a little experiment. I want you to purchase your normal cheap ground beef, that is loaded with fillers and a bunch of fat. Then I want to you to purchase the more natural beef or some organic beef. You only need a pound of each, sad truth the organic will be a few dollars more, and that is okay because when you are done with this experiment you will see that it’s smarter to purchase the product that is a bit more because in reality you will get more meat. incBuying cheaper we always cooked with more. When making dishes that called for 1 pound of ground beef we used two. By the time the beef was cooked it would be cooked to almost nothing, and you would be throwing away half of the pound in grease format.

With all natural and organic the leaner the better you get the full pound. You are not getting a bunch of fillers and fat. You will find you have more meat to work with, and it will fill you up!

The cheaper stuff can be cheaper because the companies are using a lot of chemicals and fillers to give you less of the actual product. With going all natural and organic you will actually get your monies worth on the product you are purchasing. You will find you save more in the long run.

Your body will also thank you for the clean eating.
