I have successfully completed week one of the 70 day Journey Gym challenge! This morning was weigh-in and I am happy to say I am done 2 pounds! I am so excited and happy, if I can lose 2 pounds a week while doing this challenge, I will have dropped 20 pounds! Which may not be lot to some but it a lot to me. I haven’t taken my measurements, and I am going to wait another week to check those numbers,
I have gained almost all my weight back this winter, and I am not okay with that. With the Journey Gym even after the challenge I will have something to keep me going. My problem when it comes to working out, is I need direction. If I don’t have someone there telling me what to do, I am sitting there not knowing what to do.
Yes, I am an idiot when it comes to working out and weight loss, however, it’s okay because I have the Journey Gym DVD’s that are helping me on my journey to get fit.
I am still having a little trouble getting through a full DVD which I know is okay, because I do need to work at my own pace, so I don’t over to it. With having bad knees, I am often having to take small breaks. My goal is to drop 150 pounds, and hopefully get off my knee meds.
