What Are Miracle Noodles?

It was about two years ago when I first heard the words “miracle noodles”. I was confused on what they were, so I took to the search engines to see if I could find anything out about these noodles. I love pasta, and I know certain pasta isn’t the best for you, so if I could find a pasta I could enjoy, without all the bad that came with it I was all for it!

I found out that miracle noodles are made of a water soluble fiber with no fat, sugar, or starches. They also have NO CALORIES! These miracle noodles also have been proven to help those with certain medical conditions such as obesity, and type 2 diabetes.

With having struggled with my weight, I have found myself finding foods I enjoy in a healthier form, and I think miracle noodles maybe what I am looking for.

I have been trying to find these locally so that I can give them a try, we have been trying to add a lot more fiber into our diets, and I have found several recipes that call for miracle noodles that look like they would be delicious.

How many of you have heard of miracle noodles? How many of you have tried them? I am very curious to know how they taste. I know with the proper seasonings and herbs one can make anything taste yummy.
