Week one of the 70 Day Journey Gym Challenge, is COMPLETE!
I have learned so much thus far, I am excited to continue on for the next 9 weeks, and to see what all is in store for me, as I learn to eat healthier, and workout more evenly.
Today before my workout I mixed some whole wheat oats, with a little peanut butter, this was so my muscles were able to preform to the best of their ability.
Each time I work out, it seems like it’s getting a bit easier. Don’t get me wrong the workouts are still killer, but I am able to complete them for the full minute. I am not a fan of working the triceps, because I can feel the burn, and it hurts like hell afterwards, but I know this is all needed to start seeing results, I am tired of the flab hanging from my arms.
I am so ready to find that hot body, hiding under the layers of fat.
I know some maybe wondering what I am looking to gain from doing the 70 day challenge, and that question is by far one of the easiest things to answer. I am looking to gain CONFIDENCE!
I lack confidence in so many ways, I just want to get that confidence I once had back.
