Catfish is one of my favorite kinds of fish but when I make it I never make the crust with enough flavor. That is what caught my eye about this recipe. I love cajun seasoning so I know I would like it. I am going to try the recipe out on my family.

This had lots of flavor. We are staying away from the bad oils, so this was a different way to have yummy “fried” fish without all the bad stuff in it, was super yummy. You will have to let me know how you like it once you make it :)
