Day 16 of the 70 Day Journey Gym Challenge! Yesterday, I went and purchased some whey protein, I am going to start working a protein shake into my day, I think this will have a great impact on my weight loss, and I tell you what the chocolate whey powder with some milk and ice, is hella yummy! I drank me a glass before I worked out.
I also discovered something yesterday, that I have to share!!! My pants are falling of me, and I have a skirt that I couldn’t get over my hips, well I can get them up and buttoned. I am so excited, and it makes me want to push harder. The intermediate workouts though are getting to me, they’re making my knees hurt super bad. I keep going though, I am going to see about maybe getting my knee meds upped. I will be glad once I drop some more weight so my knees can have some relief.
My ultimate goal, is getting my confidence back!
