Journey Gym 70 Day Challenge Day 18

Fat to Thin

Can I get a Woot Woot! Today, has been my favorite workout so far! I just finished day 18 of the 70 day Journey Gym Challenge! The past few workouts have been pretty tough on me, my knees have been killing me but I have kept going. Today, while I was excited for the email, I wasn’t a bit excited to do the workout.

So I took my time getting my workout in, I just finished and I have to say this workout was with my favorite star trainer! You’re probably wondering who my favorite star trainer is right? Well, I would have to say Glen Baggerly! I have done several of the 10 minute warm-ups with him, and a few actual workouts with him, and I like his style.

I like the encouragement he gives, and that he knows that not everyone can do the workouts. He says a few different times to go at your own pace, the most important thing, is that you’re up and moving.

Today, I was able to do almost 100% of the workout, and on the warm-up, I was able to do the body roll thingy all the way! Yes, oh yes, oh yes.

I am not going to lie though, there’s days I want to give up, but I don’t because I am in this for the long haul. I won’t appreciate the fat I lose if I don’t have to bust my ass to make it disappear. I have been through so much thus far in life, I won’t let the fat win, I am winning this battle.

I am hoping next weigh-in I am down 5 pounds, with a total of 9 in the first 4 weeks of the 70 day challenge. Friday, I will be stocking the fridge with fresh fruit and veggies, a local store is having a huge Mother’s Day special, and I am getting in on it!

I am so ready to find the skinny me, I cannot wait to be excited to post images of myself with my family on the site!
