Woot woot, I am on day 3 of working out twice a day, I woke up this morning and took my weight, and I am down almost 6 pounds in two days. Which means the changes I have taken are working, I am super excited, my husband said he can tell where I am losing weight at, and he can see my body getting toned up.
Which means I will be working out twice a day, and getting in my protein.
This is what my day looked like yesterday…
8:15am woke up
8:45am I had a bowl of cornflakes with a little sugar (yes, I know kill the sugar already Jammie)
11:45am Protein Shake
3:00pm Chicken Salad. This was made with baby spinach as the base, then I used lemon pepper rotisserie chicken from Wal-Mart (not the best choice) and one boiled egg. 5:30pm 3 small Cat Fish nuggets (fried in a small amount of olive oil), a few sweet potato fries, and 4 deviled eggs.
7:30pm Worked out did a 10 minute warm up, then the assigned workout which was a 20 minute bikini workout.
8:15pm Protein Shake
My protein shakes I blend with some ice and milk.
I have been adding a lot of greens to my diet, and I we have decided that although, we have switched to whole grain bread we will be limiting ourselves on it. We will be only purchasing it once in awhile when we have our turkey burgers.
So far I am very pleased with the past two days, and although I am having to workout more, I know the end results will be worth it! No giving up, just pushing myself that much harder.
