Whew, I almost forgot I needed to get up today’s post. Thankfully, I still have a little bit of time, I am sitting here sweating my butt off, trying to get my heart rate to come down. I need to see about getting a heart rate monitor so I can keep track of my zones.
I just finished my second workout for the day, and I will probably be heading to bed here soon. I like to get in a workout before bed, so when I sleep I am burning up the calories!
I will be glad once my flab of fat in the front vanishes, that way I will have an easier time doing the ab workouts. Today we had 5 minutes of ab workouts, and well to be honest those are some workouts I cannot do to well… I think I am going to just attempt to do them on the bed!
Yup, on the bed to do them.
I only have a little over three weeks left, and I think I am going to stop weighing myself every morning, I am going to do it at the end of the week when I get my measurements. This way it can be a surprise and not a disappointment! Over all everything is going awesome, and I feel better knowing I got in two workouts today.
