I hate the days when I have to do measurements, I am not sure if I am doing them properly because they always seem to move a lot. Granted I have ate some things I shouldn’t have this week, but over all I think I did rather well. I just completed day 50 of the challenge, I went and took my measurements and my weight.
The weight is so back and forth it makes me sick. I know it’s not the truth, I am on my cycle so I know the scale can be off by many pounds. Right now I honestly think I am building so much muscle the scale is getting confused, because fat is being burnt while muscle is being built.
I wish I had a more accurate scale so I could see the results better.
One day at a time though, only thing I can do is workout and eat properly, and hope to God I see awesome results. I know this isn’t going to discourage me, just gonna keep moving and wish for the best. I know I am giving each workout my all, time to look back into the eating, and hope for the best.
Day 50 is complete, now time to go get me a protein shake and relax.
