Journey Gym 70 Day Challenge Day 59

Fat to Thin

Today is the day where there’s no going back, it’s all straight forward from here! Day 59 is not behind, you might be wondering where the vlog for these two weeks have been. Well, I have decided from here on out, I will not vlog the progress, and I will not step on the scale or take my measurements.

I think the measurements and the scale is holding me back some. So from here on out, it’s busting my butt, and not looking at the numbers. When I am on day 70 I will do a vlog, and give the full on results of the challenge. I cannot say I am depressed by the results this far, because this challenge got me up and moving, and got me on track to a healthier me.

When the challenge is complete I will drop it to working out 5 days a week on the journey gym, and then after a few weeks start the challenge all over again. I will just email myself the daily emails to keep me going LOL

I cannot believe we are almost to an end with this challenge, there’s still days where I feel blah and I get upset about my weight, but I know deep down I am going in the right direction.

One day at a time, I am now going forward with the new me, working out daily, eating healthier, and working to build muscle while burning fat, and dropping the number on the scales, and seeing myself get into smaller clothing.

I can do this!
