As I sit here and I watch videos of babies, it makes me want another one that much more. I know to make my chances of conceiving, I need to get on track and work harder on my weight.
One of my biggest struggles in life is my weight, but I HAVE to, it isn’t a need no longer, but a HAVE to get working harder, I need to do more and keep going at it, even when I get burnt out. The problem I have when I am going good, I get burnt out and I take a break, this break leads to an even longer break. No more!!!
I cannot keep doing this, it’s time I focus 100% and give it 150%. So with the guidance from Dr. Delgado, my daily workout will look like this…
*15-30 minutes Aerobics or cardio exercises.
*60 curls with 10-20lb weights
*60-200 kettlebell reps/swings
*5-20 miles of riding bike
I will also be cutting back on diary, wheat, and corn.
Now I need to get me a workout play list and I will be ready to roll. Any suggestions on music? I like a little bit of everything.
