Most of you know I have a second site, that second site, has been just sitting there and I have not been really blogging on it. The Neat Things in Life, has turned more into a product review site, so I have decided to make Dizzy Mommy Chronicles into a more personal site.
Over there, I will be blogging about my weight loss, my anxiety, my depression and whatever else comes to mind. My main focus on Dizzy Mommy Chronicles will be weight loss. Every night I will do a journal, with the daily activities I have done, and how I am working to lose weight.
With wanting a second child, I know I have to do something about my weight, so I will be doing whatever it takes, even if it means by the time it is said and done, I am working out 3 hours a day! I currently workout 3 times a day with each workout being 20 minutes. I am focusing mostly on weights and the exercise bike, when I get going, I will bring in other movements.
