What’s Your Resolution?

I know New Years Eve is still a little over a week away, however, I am sure most have been talking about their resolutions already. Every year mine is the same to lose weight. Losing weight and to stop smoking is a big one for most everyone.

With having been smoke free now for 5 years, that one is off my list. However, losing weight is always on that list, and I am hoping by next year I can x that one off as well. If you have been following me, you know I am on a mission to drop the pounds in hopes to conceive. I weigh roughly 90 pounds more now than I did when I conceived my daughter and I was still about 50 pounds over weight.

I am going on week 4 of working out. I try to workout 3 times a day, I have skipped a few days in order to give my body time to catch up. One thing that always depresses me, when busting my ass to lose weight, is the bouncing scale.

The scale is doing so much bouncing right now, it gets really discouraging, however, I am not letting the scale discourage me, I am going to keep at it, and watch what I eat, and pray that the fat starts to melt away. If not I will talk to my doctor about other options.

Yes, I have taken a weight loss pill before and I will see about getting on one again if the weight doesn’t start moving.

So now you know what my goals are for 2014, what are your goals?
