Inspring Your Daughter To Follow Her Dreams

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of New York Life for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

How many of you have children? How many of you have daughters? Growing up I did a lot of babysitting, and I would dream of the day I became a mom. I had many dreams as a child, however, the only dream that came true was marrying the man of my dreams and having a child.

Through-out my 35 years, I have learned many life lessons. I have learned how to be a better mom from my own childhood, knowing what I went through, made me change several things with my daughter. Growing up there wasn't much communication with my own parents. As a parent not only do I communicate with my daughter, I give her the knowledge she will need in a world full of wrong choices.

Like all parents, we want our children to make the right choices in life. Our children need to learn from us what the right choices are, by failing to communicate, your child may make a wrong choice because they thought it was a right one.

We hope with being open with her at a young age it will direct her in the right direction in life.

I have also learned that it's important to encourage your child to follow their dreams. If they don't have that encouragement they're more than likely not to follow their dreams. We let our child know daily, she can do anything she sets her mind to.

How do you keep good going? Do you communicate with your child? Do you encourage them to keep good going?
