Get In Shape With #BalanceShapeUp #spon

We received a gift card in exchange for our participation in the #BalanceShapeUp campaign.

How many of you find it difficult to get up off the couch and move? How many of you wouldn’t even no where to begin to get in shape? One thing I have learned through all my struggles, is protein is important when it comes to losing weight and gaining muscle. However, at times it can be a pain to get in that much needed protein.

Thankfully, there’s companies like Balance Bar, that know the right balance to give us that added protein! To help get me ready for the BalanceShapeUp I was sent a Wal-Mart gift card. I used the gift card  to stock up on Balance Bars and other things I thought would help me with the BalanceShapeUp challenge.

Balance Bars come in several different flavors, and you can either purchase one at a time, or you can purchase packs of them. I prefer purchasing them in a pack, because you seem to get more for your money.

Once I had my protein bars, I was ready to get going! I have a hard time staying in an exercise routine, I am the type of person that needs direction. I know by moving more I will lose weight, but it’s about having someone there telling me what to do as far as workouts everyday. If you’re like that as well make sure to check out the Balance Bar Summer Shape Up Challenge.
