With the Christmas holiday here many will be baking. If I could pick one memory about my childhood and the holidays it would have to be making all the sweet treats to hand out to the different family members. We would make hard rock candy, laffy taffy, truffles, fudge and cookies! I love that as an adult I have so many different ready to bake cookies at my finger tips.
Pillsbury makes things so easy, wither I want to make some Peanut Butter Blossoms, using their already rolled peanut butter cookie mix, or if I want to try a little something with their Peppermint Chocolate Chip cookies.
Did I tell you how much I love cookies and my favorite are the peanut butter blossoms. I love how the hershey kiss just melts in your mouth! This was also the first time we tried the Peppermint Chocolate Chips, I have to say they were yummy!
