Don’t Let The Holidays Add Numbers To Those Scales

I have been on a roller coaster with my weight for a very long time. The lowest I remember being was 205 and that was right before I got pregnant with my daughter 14 years ago. I have been up and I have been down before my daughter and after my daughter. More up than down, however, I have been trying hard since the beginning of 2014 to get my weight in check.

Back in July I was sent product in exchange for a review on Almased. When I first received the product, I was scared to try it. I was thinking it was going to be just another nasty drink, that I would have a hard time drinking and it would do nothing for me. Well, I was wrong! My journey began and I followed the directions for the synergy diet. I really wouldn’t call this a diet, but a metabolism reset. For 5 days I did a fast, drinking 3 drinks a day with a little V8 in between. I thought I would be starving by the end of the 5 days, but I felt great, and I had lost 9 pounds.

This gave me the boost I needed, I continued on with the meal replacement drinks and continued to see the scale go down. After the 5 days I did cheat a bit here and there and I noticed it on the scale. The only person I hurt was myself, because it set me back. With a little help from Almased I was able to drop 20 pounds, and with my hard work I have dropped 55 pounds since January.

While I am not to my goal weight I know with time I will be. I will not allow the holidays to be a reason to see the number on the scale go up, and neither should you! If you are working to lose weight, I would HIGHLY recommend you do a metabolism reset whether it be with Almased or another product. I would recommend Almased because I have seen it work. With Almased you get the much needed protein your body needs to help lose weight.

So are you going to let the holidays be an excuse for weight gain? I am NOT!

You know, I have never tried any of these “meal replacement” drinks – I’ve always felt that I’d still be hungry, and worse, feel tired or weak. But you did this for 5 days, and felt great? Maybe I’ll try it. I don’t extra food over the holidays, but I’d love to see if this just works, on a daily basis for a trial period.
