Oriental Trading is my go to place for all my crafting needs. During the holiday seasons I love doing crafts with my daughter and niece. It’s a great way to spend time with one another and is usually pretty cheap. The kids love making new creations to hang around the house and on the tree. I always find a wide range of craft items for excellent pricing at Oriental Trading. Whether looking for crafts for everyday crafting or looking for holiday crafts. My favorite holiday to do crafts for is Christmas!
Christmas crafts are ALWAYS the most fun and the creations we create are amazing.
Every year during Christmas I love adding new ornaments to the Christmas Tree. We usually order special ones, but this year we decided to order some blank ornaments and other neat crafting supplies from Oriental Trading.
I ordered some shells and some feathers, because everyone loves shells and feathers in this house. I love the amount that came in my order, this gives us plenty for MANY crafts. The prices were very reasonable and the kids all love picking through the shells to get their favorite.
We got glitter! No craft is complete especially a Christmas craft without the glitter. Of course we have glitter everywhere in the house now, but so worth it.
When the items arrived we didn’t wait to start making ornaments. My niece who is almost three loved all the pretty colors and she started with blue.
We glued some shells on the inside and she loved it, she couldn’t wait to show her momma what she made with auntie!
There was only one thing, I didn’t like about the snap together ornaments, I wish they would hold together a bit better without having to glue them shut when we were done. I loved the glass ornaments though. I was able to take some wood soap and add glitter to them and they turned out beautiful. I also tried a little something with a round snap together ornament and my niece loved it.
