With Father’s Day less then a month away it is time to start thinking about what to get dad. Dads can often be a pain to buy for, so what better way to tell dad you love him with some Sirius XM Radio.

Right now, Sirius XM Radio is offering a 2 week free trial. Staring May 25 until June 7th you can listen to 50 different Sirius stations free on your radio. (Please note: According to the site, this may not be available on all Sirius Radios) If you do not have access to a Sirius XM radio you can sign up to listen free online. This is only for a limited time. I have not signed up for the online so I am not positive on how it works.

With that being said, what a great chance to let the special dad in your life listen to some tunes, and if he likes then why not get dad a subscription to some commercial free radio.

I have to say I think this will be on the Father’s Day list for my dear husband, good thing his birthday and our anniversary is close.

This is what happened to me, not so long ago. I am a huge fan of ABC Soap Operas I started watching them when I was about about 10 or 11 with my mom. Recently, they did a Musical on One Life to Live, and one of the songs that was played was I Gotta Feeling by Black Eyed Peas.

After listening to this song I fell in love, I guess it was the way it was being done I have no idea. All of a sudden I realize that is not the first time I heard that song. I remember hearing it somewhere but I could not put 2 and 2 together. Then it hit me on where it was I heard it… Greg from TELLING DAD on a Monday Mingle.  Have you checked out Greg’s blog? If not you need to, Greg is hilarious, he is also very caring and down to Earth. He cracks me up, but Greg’s blog is not the only place I heard this song from…

So I started thinking and it was on the Alvin and The Chipmunks Squeakquel! Song number 15 right there sitting in my laptop. Now I am hearing this song EVERYWHERE. Micky Mouse and Minnie are even singing it.

It just goes to show you can hear something a million times and your mind will not register it until, it shows up on something you enjoy.

We are all right money wise, but we got to get Gillian’s curriculum somehow, unless good news comes my way. I have bad issues with freaking out, I know my daughter is learning what she should be learning, but I still think I am failing her. Again my mind playing games with me.

Anyways my sister msgs me and tells me to listen to this song only thing I can say is WOW. No matter how hard life gets there is always someone else out there that has it worse then you, so please remember to pick up the phone and see how your friends are doing. It could mean a lot more to them then you might think.

I am also really excited for the upcoming movie The Last Song. I am thinking about taking my daughter to see it, but not tell her until we get there.

I had completely forgot. So I called and ordered Pizza. Well NEVER go through the drive thru at the Pizza place. I found this out the hard way.

See I never new Dominoes had a drive thru, I noticed I didn’t feel like getting out of the car. So we ended up sitting in the drive thru for 45 minutes… WTF HELLO PEOPLE when going through the drive thru for PIZZA make sure you order a head of time. It isn’t like putting a sandwich together in a minute.

Anyways I heard this song and was busting a gut laughing at it. I thought I would share.
