hCG Diet Day 6

Yay, I have made it to day 6 on the hCG Diet. I do not really view this as a diet, but as a learning tool to properly re-adjust my eat portions.

One thing we all forget as we get older is portion control. We can really eat whatever we would like as long as we know when to STOP. That is my main problem, I sometimes forget when to stop and say I have had enough. I mean who can eat just 2 cookies. NOT ME, after I am done with this re-adjusting I am doing, I will be able to eat just 2 cookies and be done with it. I will know how to savor every taste that is in those 2 cookies.

This is not an easy diet, but then again nothing in life is easy. If it was I wouldn’t be fat, I would get up every morning ready to go, hitting the elliptical machine at full power. However, that is not the case, I am fat, I am lazy and all parts of my body seem to move at a slow rate.

This is all about to change, I have decided I can no longer life like this, I have been fat all my teen and adult life, I want to see what I look like thin, I want to walk down the street and have heads turn. I never had that chance in school, I was always the fat girl. Not fun!

So on to day 6, I do not at all feel hungry, I am making myself eat only because I do not want to cause issues later down the road. This is a 500 calorie diet, and I am only consuming about 350. I also have been doing small workouts through out the day. This is not recommended because exercise will only make you hungry, well I have enough fat on me to survive a good 2 months before I die of starvation. Just kidding I am starting I am very content.

    you are doing great! how long does the diet last?

    • The total of this diet is life if you think about it, the main diet itself is phase 1 is 2 days, phase 2 is 3 to 44 days, phase 3 is 21 says which in this phase you raise your calories to 800, and you are allowed to now have diary, in phase 4 is also 21 days, and now you can have 1500 to 2000 calories and you can start adding back your carbs and starches.

  2. This hcg thing is awesome! I’m am on day 6 and have lost 9 lbs. I have not been weighing my food or anything, just kind of eyeballing it. My snacks are almonds & fruits. I was 20 lbs. over weight and I really only need to lose 10 more pounds to reach my goal. Exciting.
