Weight Loss Going Solo

When I think of losing weight is scares the hell out of me. How am I going to be able to do this all solo. Am I strong enough to stick to this whole exercising, and watching those calories I put into my body?

I wanted to join Weight Watchers, because of the great success rate they have, but just like joining a gym, money is always a factor, prices are to high for one to afford these options.

The ones who cannot afford these options are left to struggle on their own. One thing I have learned thus far this month during the Tied To Be Fit Event, is all things are possible.

I am extremely serious about losing weight, I am dead set on reaching my 50 pound drop by my birthday in June, I am going to use my blog as a way to keep me motivated. I am going to use my readers as my support, my crutch.

If any of my awesome readers, are also feeling the pinch and wanting to drop those pounds, please share, together we can fight the battle of the fat. If you would like to be a guest blogger to share your story contact me and let me know. If you need a few words of encouragement, contact me and I will give you those words.

I am not thin, I am living your struggles as well, but pulling together and showing our support for each other we can battle this fight and win.

All posts regarding weight loss will be files under Tied To Be Fit, I will keep this open since it was started the beginning of this year, and there is some great reviews, on products, and books that will be my guide. All new posts will be tagged with weight loss.

If there is any companies out there, that would like a review done on their product please feel free to contact me, and when I drop all this weight this momma is gonna need some new clothes! Follow me as I transform from the fat lazy momma, to the smokin hot momma, full of life, and ready to give those strip teases to my husband.

We maybe many, but together we are one.

  1. Awesome post Jammie! You’ve got killer motivation, I know you will succeed. I wish you all the best :)

    • Thank you Monique! I reviewed a book recently on how a 60+ year old went public with her weight and she got her whole community to drop 4 tons of weight! I look at her and think if she can do it so can I. Now that I am public there is no turning back, there will be days I will not want to work out, but my goal is to work out AT LEAST 20 minutes a day 7 days a week, and to maintain a 1200 to 1500 calorie count. This fat may have me right now, but soon I will have it.

  2. I am here to support ya!! and any one else that would like to post. I can’t afford a gym or weight watchers.. going solo myself.

    • I have tried this solo things so many times only to not lose much! After reading Fat To Fit by Carole Carson, I have decided to go all out there, and blog it, because what better way to stay motivated, and get encouragement from friends, family, and people I have yet to met!

I will be the proof people do not need the gym, or Weight Watchers to pull it off! Good Luck to you, and if you ever get discouraged, feel free to email me, jammie@ xipline . com I will be in your corner cheering you on as well!
