Being FAT Sucks.

Here is were I go through that emo depression state, where I look in the mirror and see a blob of fat looking back at me. My husband gives me that speech about the camera making you look bigger than you are blah blah blah.

blah is all I can say I have always been a bigger girl, and it has always had some sort of emotional toll on my life. I personally feel being over weight plays a big roll in my anxiety. It often makes me have panic attacks because I feel everyone is watching and making fun.

Well, it’s time I do something about it, I have to get this issue under control because all it’s doing is controlling my life. I won’t go out dancing with my husband, hell I won’t even dance with my husband in our own home…

Starting today there is no looking back… I am going to have to fight the temptations, put my big girl panties on and fight my hardest against this FAT. If I can quit smoking, I can battle this weight demon I live with daily…

I have no clue where I am going to start, and this will be a long battle… tonight I will be taking all my measurements, and I will attempt to log my intakes, as well as what I take in water wise. I have to not sit back no more and let this fat win. I have asked a dear friend of mine, who has battled her fat and is winning to help me come up with a game plan.

PR if you want to pitch me with weight loss products go for it, however, DO NOT pitch me with books… I am not going to lose weight reading a book on how to lose weight, and those sort of things depress me even more.

So… short term goal, is to come up with a long term goal, take my measurements, start eating better, and to hit the fat where it hurts it the most…

As I said I know this will be a long process, I don’t expect huge results to start, but long term I want to be healthy and happy. I want to be able to dance with my husband with out feeling ashamed, or embarrassed.

My journey begins… HERE
